My son is barely 2 months old, and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about RCAM. They are a well-resourced practice; we’ve already benefited from their on-site lab (even on nights & weekends), lactation consultants, and ideal locations. In addition all the staff are kind & professional, and appointment times have always been available. We look forward to continuing our care here!

We’ve been with RCA since my son was born in 2009. They are wonderful, helpful, and try hard to accommodate last minute appointments and sick visits. We prefer the brier creek location since it’s closer to home but have been treated at both and they are equally excellent.

We have been going to RCAM for ten years and we have lots of good things to say but yesterday I went for our 5 year-old’s well child visit and we had a pediatric nurse who deserves to know her kindness and intelligence is exceptional. If there was an academy award for pediatric nursing, she should get it. She had my son laughing hysterically, she made him feel loved and safe, and she was honest with him, and empathetic. She interacted with him like a person she adored and respected his entire visit. And he noticed.We pick our pediatric offices for the MDs but it is the nurses who spend the most time with our children, they are the ones who make or break the visit. They are the ones who give the shots, praise their growth, cox them through the assessments. Thank you and please know we see your excellence.

We have been taking our daughter to RCAM at Brier Creek since October. The doctors and nurses have all been thorough and responsive. We have been especially impressed by Dr. Fletcher -- she has a wonderful 'bedside manner' and a gentle, calming approach. We've had a lot of questions, since we're new parents, and they are always understanding and patient with us. It's easy to get same-day appointments, when needed. We went to their other location (near Rex Hospital) once, but we prefer the Brier Creek location since it is less crowded and feels less chaotic.

I absolutely love this practice. They see patients seven days a week - even on Sundays!!! They always respond to my questions or concerns quickly - even if they are after hours. Every one of their doctors are excellent and they consult with each other on difficult cases. They sincerely love children and it shows. We have four kids and have been patients at this practice for 14 years.

I have taken both children here since day one. Dr. Meares is wonderful, patient, and caring. He was able to identify a developmental delay with my child and referred me to a great specialist! The front office staff are very nice and professional, and the nurses and great. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my daughter to Raleigh Children & Adolescents since 2021. After relocating from New York and leaving behind a wonderful practice on Long Island, I was very nervous about where to take my child. A friend of the family recommended Dr. Fletcher. We could not get an appointment at first because she was booked so we went with Dr.Lily Harris at the Durlaleigh office. Both doctors are excellent and do a thorough exam. The front desk staff is excellent and the nurses make things a breeze. My daughter just had her 11 year old vaccines and it went smooth.
