As we roll out this new and convenient scheduling tool, these initial offerings are more limited than what is available if you are speaking directly to one of our Patient Service Representatives by phone. If you do not see what you need, you should call to set up the details of your appointment.

• If the reason for your visit is not listed, please call the office. Do not select an unrelated or partially correct reason for your visit. We want to be sure that we prepare appropriately for the type of visit that you need, and we want to be sure that the appropriate amount of time is reserved so that your visit will be a success.
• If you do not see your preferred provider, please call the office. We generally have appointments available for all  of our providers, but that may not be reflected currently in our online scheduling.
