RCAM is on a Holiday Weekend Schedule
- Following our typical practice, our On Call Pediatrician will be seeing patients in our Duraleigh Office on Saturday, Sunday, and Labor Day Monday.
- There are no ‘walk-ins’ - all visits are by appointment only - if you have a newborn or a sick child and need to be seen in our office on Saturday or Sunday, keep reading.
- When developmentally appropriate, patients 3 years and up and their family are asked to wear a mask if having any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or congestion.
- Like a typical RCAM Holiday Weekend, we will be operating have our Newborn Clinic and Sick Child Clinic.
Saturday, Sunday, and Labor Day Monday
- Duraleigh office: OPEN for weekend hours
- Brier Creek office: closed
- All calls before 9:00 AM and after 10:00 AM will go to our after hours phone nurse triage service.
- From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, all calls will go directly to our office.
- After 10:00 AM, calls will go directly to our after hours phone nurse triage service.
- The On Call Pediatrician will see patients in our office from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
If you have a Newborn or a Sick Child who needs Assessment
- From 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, all calls will go directly to our office.
- Our Saturday, Sunday, and Labor Day Monday clinics will be scheduled from those calls.
- If you think your child may need to be seen in our office, call as soon after 9:00 AM as you can because we have limited appointments and those times tend to get scheduled quickly.
After Hours Calls
- In general, all after hours calls - calls received outside of regular business hours - are handled by our after hours phone nurse triage service.
- This service is for urgent questions about a newborn or a sick child only.
- This service is backed up by our On Call Pediatrician.
