We see our patients at regular intervals to assess their growth and development.

• Listed below is our schedule of regular well child visits.
• The following are guidelines only.
• At each visit, your doctor will assess whether more or less is needed.
• Recommendations may change as we will always try to be consistent with the best and most current medical practices.
• Well visits are commonly referred to in older children as a “complete physical” or a “sports physical.”
• Well visits include everything needed for your school, camp, or sports physical. If a form or some other documentation is needed within a year of a well visit, that can typically be completed by the pediatrician using information gathered at that visit.
  

NOTES:

• * There is no "Birth Check Up" though your newborn is evaluated many times soon after birth and there are some evaluations that are done (like hearing screening) that we will be sure to follow up
• ** Required Kindergarten booster vaccines can be given at 4 or 5 years old (they 'count' as long as patient is at least 4 years old)
• *** Females who have begun their cycle get an annual Complete Blood Count (CBC)
