Dr. Rasheeda T. Monroe, M.D.

Dr. Monroe was born in Florida and lived there until her family relocated to Greenville, North Carolina where she attended high school. She earned her B.S. degree at East Carolina University where she was a member of the Pure Gold Dance Team. While earning her M.D. from the Brody School of Medicine at ECU she was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. In 2008 Dr. Monroe completed her pediatric residency at UNC-CH and then joined the practice at RCAM. She is married to former Pirate football player Kevin Monroe and has a young son named Marcus. She enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, reading, and traveling.
