Dr. J. Todd Harris, M.D.

Todd Harris grew up in Raleigh. He left in 1985 to attend Transylvania University in Lexington, KY for his undergraduate degree where he enjoyed regular attendance in Rupp Arena for Kentucky basketball games. He returned to the Carolinas in 1989 to complete medical school at East Carolina University and pediatric residency at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Although it was difficult to leave Charleston, the draw of coming home brought Dr. Harris back to Raleigh when he joined Raleigh Children in 1996. His board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Harris is an active member of North Raleigh Church of Christ. He is married with two children.
