Any pediatric office striving for excellent care requires a dedicated front office staff rising to the challenge of the many needs that come their way every day.

Phone calls and faxes – appointments and letters – “my child just handed me a sports form from school that was due yesterday” – as you know, some requests are urgent, many routine, all important to someone.

It all begins in the hands of our front office who for 40 years have had a first-rate track record of being a staff that treats all requests as though important to them as well.
